1. User Responsibility: You are fully responsible for any content you upload to your profile, including but not limited to personal information, photos, and references. You are solely responsible for choosing who you share your profile link with. The Site does not control or restrict how others may use or forward your link once it has been shared.
2. Privacy and Sharing: By creating a profile, you understand that your profile can be publicly viewable via direct link. While we take steps to prevent search engine indexing, anyone with your link can view your profile. We are not liable for how others use your information once it is shared — including re-sharing, copying, screenshotting, or storing your content. If privacy is important to you, please share your profile link only with trusted individuals.
3. Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of your content. By using this site, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your profile as intended for functionality.
4. Notifications and Messaging: If you choose WhatsApp or email as your preferred notification method, we may send you operational messages related to your account, profile activity, matching, or reference requests using the contact information you provide. If you choose SMS/text as your preferred notification method, you must also separately opt in through the SMS consent checkbox in your settings before text messages are sent. SMS messages are transactional only, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and third-party carrier or platform delays may occur. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You can update your notification preference or remove your phone number in your settings.
5. No Matchmaking Guarantee: This platform does not guarantee matches, dates, or marital outcomes. We provide a tool to share profiles; what happens after that is up to the individuals involved.
6. Account Termination: We reserve the right to remove any content or account at our discretion, especially if it violates halachic standards, site policies, or is reported as inappropriate.
